Nina Sadlowsky lives and works as a holistic yoga teacher and coach in the vibrant atmosphere of Ibiza. Although she was born in Munich, she feels more Mediterranean than German. Maybe because after a 10-year marketing career, including in London, she traveled through Latin America for 6 months... This catapulted Nina into a change not only privately but also professionally. She has been active in the world of yoga since 2018, organizing yoga events such as the popular Yoga & Wine, both for companies and private individuals, whether they are holidaymakers or live in Ibiza. In addition to her passion for yoga, Nina loves dancing, going for walks and spending relaxing hours in a café.
Her first visit to Ibiza in June 2017 left a strong impression. The green landscape and the picturesque beaches, especially Cala Nova, immediately captivated her. In March 2021, she dared to move from Munich to Ibiza and has continued her self-employment as an 'Autonoma' here ever since.
Nina's typical customers are women between the ages of 30 and 50 who feel like they're just functioning and have lost touch with themselves. Her goal is to help them get back in touch with their body and heart and make bold decisions.
The changes in Ibiza since her first visit are clearly noticeable for Nina. As a resident, she perceives the island with all its contrasts and rising costs. However, there are places in Ibiza that are particularly close to her heart, such as Hostal Talamanca, Bar Flotante, The Skinny Kitchen, Croissant Show and Plaza del Parque.
