The Fira des Gerret In Santa Eulalia, there is a popular festival in honor of the Gerret, a small but delicious Mediterranean fish. Every year in spring, parts of the Main street Carrer de Sant Jaume and the Passeig de s'Alamera into a culinary festival where local restaurants offer various preparations of gerret. In addition to the culinary highlights, there will be live music, traditional dances, and activities for the whole family. The festival brings locals and visitors together to celebrate Ibiza's maritime culture and support local fishing.
